We offer several different options; from one to four bedrooms. Our one bedroom units consist of comfortably sized living area, bedroom, and kitchen areas. Depending on your choice, the bathroom is either furnished with a tub/shower or shower only. All of our apartments, whatever the size, are furnished with stoves and refrigerators. We offer hardwood floors in some units. All buildings have locked exterior doors to insure privacy as well as interior mail delivery. Some properties are furnished with intercom and alarm systems as well as onsite coin operated laundry. Some of our two and three bedroom apartments offer a townhouse set up with an upstairs and downstairs area.

COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE
Ranging from 875 to 2500 square feet our office rentals, are conveniently located to courts and downtown area with easy access to highways and interstates.

We offer well maintained office spaces in both historic buildings and our more contemporary building, Foster Hill Place. All offices have separately zoned utilities and most have central air.

Our historically significant historic building, The Hatch House, offers 2600 square feet.  This antique gem has a beautiful interior with an onsite parking lot.
